Singleton Pattern:
The Singleton pattern ensures that a class has only one instance and provides a global point of access to that instance.

Factory Pattern:
The Factory pattern is used to create objects without exposing the instantiation logic to the client. It provides an interface for creating objects of a superclass but allows subclasses to alter the type of objects that will be created.

Observer Pattern:
The Observer pattern allows an object (subject) to publish changes to its state and notify its dependents (observers) about those changes.
